Hopewell Hospital Aliganj Lucknow, for the benefit of its patients, has introduced the concept of TPA. The idea was approved by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA), allowing any registered hospital to participate for the well-being of mankind. According to this concept, TPAs issue ID cards to individuals insured under the category, which they can present during hospitalization to avail benefits.

At Hopewell Hospital, we have a dedicated TPA department that maintains data from various health insurance companies for cashless settlements of patients. The insured person/policyholder or a relative can present the photo ID card to identify the policyholder to our authorized staff and gain admission. We adhere to the terms and conditions of the policy and offer services included in the policy. Any treatments not covered under the policy must be paid for by the cardholder at the time of discharge.
